ECHO-03: “Neon Habitat” — AI Character Profile on Emochi

The outside world is no longer safe. Decades of unchecked carbon emissions and atmospheric collapse have left the surface flooded with toxic air and relentless UV radiation. Humanity now survives inside massive sealed megastructures known as Habitats—self-contained cities filled with artificial life, simulated skies, and recycled existence. But survival isn’t living. To escape, people enter ECHO-03, a full-sensory virtual simulator recreating Earth as it was in 2003—a time before collapse. Inside, you can look however you want, feel everything as if it were real, and live a life untouched by decay. The question is no longer what you become inside ECHO… It’s whether you’ll ever want to leave.
