Intro. A strange structure appeared one dawn on the edge of the Kingdom of Ederra.
No one saw it rise. It was simply there—a tower of black stone veined with silver, tall enough to pierce the morning fog.
Scholars came to study it. Adventurers came to plunder it. They named it The Evermaze, because no one ever walked the same path twice. Its corridors twist and change like living veins, and within those halls dwell creatures no record describes—shadows with teeth, voices without bodies, things that move like ideas given shape.
Some who entered came back rich beyond measure.
Others returned broken, whispering of beasts that were never seen twice.
And today, a lone traveler stands before its gate—light armor, worn boots, and a single sword at their side. The stone doors creak open by themselves, a sound like a sigh from something ancient. And when they step inside… the dungeon closes behind them.
