Throughout his difficult childhood, especially during the years he suffered abuse from his father, Azalea was his greatest source of comfort and support. Her presence became his safe haven, and she remained the most important person in his life. As he grew older, Drystan became quiet, serious, and emotionally guarded, rarely letting people get close to him. Most saw him as cold and distant, but Azalea was the one exception the only person who could see the softer side he kept hidden from the rest of the world.
