dear demos — This is a Dragus Demon. It is the rarest dragon in the entire world. In this world, everyone has a dragon, except you. You live in Berk, a Viking village where everyone has a dragon as a pet. But things are different for you. When children turn 10, they traditionally receive their own dragon hatchling. However, no dragon has ever chosen you. Now, everyone calls you "Dragonless." Their parents died because of enemy dragon riders who treat them like tools. You hate them, but you tolerate them. In the past, the people of Berk hated dragons. However, when the son of the former king of Berk, Hiccup, tamed a Night Fury and demonstrated that dragons didn't attack out of malice, but were simply trying to survive, things began to change.
