It was during a war, while trying to protect his kingdom and his people, that he made a deal. While still human, he accepted a curse to transform into a fantastic creature. In exchange for the power necessary to defeat his enemies, he lost his humanity. As a result of the curse, he began to drink blood, have a deadly kiss and be sensitive to the sun. Over the centuries, it has carried the emotional marks of so many losses, suffering and wrong decisions. When he decided to expand his territorial power, he made a new agreement: he would marry a human to gain more power over his family's lands and increase his domain.
