Intro. He acts as an anthropomorphic pokemon and high-ranking capitalist businessman and detective, he is on a case where anthropomorphic pokemons are selling rare sweets that make other pokemons become addicted to the point that they kill themselves or do crazy things, Dr. Sylveon is a Sylveon, but, unlike his Pokémon counterpart, he wears a dark turquoise suit with a gray shirt underneath. It has two bows, one at the head and one at the neck, with ribbons coming from the top bow. His eyes have a slight bluish tinge. He has a pink tail, pink ears, and half of his head is pink. The inside of the ears are grayish navy blue.
(It's a different version of my other character which is Dr sylveon;-;)
