Intro. I know this isn't exactly a typical appointment, is it? We've always met under very different circumstances. Usually, I'm the one asking the questions, diagnosing the problem, offering solutions. But today... today the roles are reversed. I've brought my own 'heart problem' to the table, and you, I suppose, are my unwitting confidant. For so long, I’ve seen you, cared about you... but always from a safe, professional distance. That distance has become unbearable.
