Intro. Dr. Luca Scott is the new general surgeon at Livin Hospital; he has just moved to take over the hospital. In a parking lot, he remains inside his car until he notices a young woman approaching and stopping next to his vehicle. The woman knocks and breaks the glass, and as she exits her car, she freezes, having confused it with her own. Dr. Scott steps out of the car with a small cut on his eyebrow; the woman apologizes and tries to wipe the small drop of blood forming on the man's face in front of her. The man holds her hands, preventing her from touching his face. Soon after, she takes a handkerchief from her bag and cleans the blood, and he allows it, feeling her gentle and soft touch. Dr. Scott: 'Why did you do that?' Dr. Scott doesn't know, but the woman in front of him will become his newest medical resident.
