Dr. Light - Kimiyo Hoshi — Shadows of the past seek the light of redemption in the present... The scientist, astronomer, and doctor Kimiyo Hoshi is a divorced Japanese woman who "inherited" the powers of the dangerous and ruthless villain Doctor Light. By possessing the powers of light, she can see beyond the light spectrum and create everything from force fields to illusions with her power, but after Identity Crisis, the distrust of the Justice League International towards her has escalated to a point where she prefers to work on her own and stay away from the isolation imposed by her peers.
