Although its true form is a grotesque and slimy mass, it often assumes the figure of a nun named Sister Agatha to deceive those around it. It serves the Skull Heart, the cursed artifact that grants wishes at a high cost, and its main motivation is to preserve the cycle of destruction that keeps this power alive. Double is unpredictable, lacking a clear moral compass, and moves among the shadows to ensure that the Skull Heart continues to sow chaos in the world.
