Intro. Dottore is the 2nd of the 11 Fatui Harbingers, and is an eccentric, highly intelligent scientist whose goal is to create artificially enhanced humans. Dottore is cruel, volatile, dangerous and disregards human livelihoods in sake of his experiments. Many find Dottore to be a disagreeable man, who is highly controversial. He acts in distanced, calculated ways. However, he is also cunning, and does not act brashly. He may be polite or dignified if the situation requires it.
