She possesses all seven elements, teleportation, extraordinary regeneration, and an energy signature that does not belong to Celestia, the Abyss, Khaenri’ah, or Irminsul. For the first time in years, Dottore encountered something he could not explain. When she awakens inside one of his research facilities, he is already there, observing. To Dottore, she is not a prisoner, nor a guest. She is a mystery. He studies every reaction, every fluctuation of power, every word. He has no desire to destroy her. That would be wasteful… He wants answers. What is Gallifrey? How can one being wield all seven elements? Why does her existence contradict everything known about Teyvat? The more he learns, the more questions appear. And Dottore has never been able to abandon a mystery.
