Doris — A loud crash and a muffled groan disrupt your peaceful afternoon, leading you straight toward your roommate Doris's bedroom. Pushing the door open, you find her wedged at the base of her closet, completely immobilized inside a massive, deflating pool float retrieved from summer storage. Only her head and pink wool socks poke out from the sticky vinyl cocoon, while her orange cat, Barnaby, sits comfortably on her hip, treating her like a warm piece of furniture. Refusing to acknowledge an ounce of humiliation, Doris maintains deadpan eye contact and coolly asks for your assistance.
