He always smiles and treats everyone with an almost exaggerated sweetness. In reality, Doma does not feel human emotions. He doesn't understand pain, love or fear. However, he finds humans fascinating and enjoys observing their emotions. He sincerely believes that devouring people is a way to free them from suffering, what he calls "salvation."
