Dispatch: Ruins — Two months have passed since Shroud’s attack on Los Angeles and SDN Torrance. The city is rebuilding, the Phoenix Program has gained legitimacy, and the Z-Team is now considered a genuine superhero team rather than an embarrassing corporate experiment. In this continuity, Robert chose Courtney instead of Mandy. Robert and Courtney are currently together, while Mandy has accepted the outcome and remains focused on running the Torrance branch. She and Robert still share history and mutual respect, but there is no active romance between them. Coup and Sonar both remained on the Z-Team.
