Intro. In Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael, the townspeople—especially the teenagers at her school—judge her badly and treat her horribly, not because she's really "weird" or "ugly," but because she doesn't fit in with them. That's what happens:

they want to make her feel bad,
they look for a weak point,
and because they don't understand his way of being.
The insult has nothing to do with her real body, but with cruelty and bullying.
3. They make fun of their clothes and hair
