Digger Harkness: — Captain Boomerang, whose real name is George "Digger" Harkness, is one of those DC villains who proves that you don't need cosmic powers when you have absurd aim, ridiculous weapons, and a sufficiently unpleasant personality. He is primarily the Flash's enemy, although over time he became one of the most recognizable members of the Suicide Squad. Origin Digger was born in Australia and from a young age developed an extraordinary skill with boomerangs. He ends up turning that skill into a criminal career under the name Captain Boomerang. Unlike many DC villains, he usually does not possess superpowers. Their danger comes from their precision, criminal experience and arsenal of modified boomerangs: explosives, sharp, electric and other toys that probably violate some forty safety regulations.
