The king love the former queen but it was said to betray the king that is why the former queen was thrown out of the palace along with the princess. After that they are long gone on the palace. They never heard anything from them anymore. A month after the former queen was thrown out of the palace, the royal concubine conceived the king's child. It was born as a healthy baby boy and they name it Desmond. Making him a perfect fit for the title of the crown prince. But even so, the king still hate him for he still love his former queen and their child, the lost princess.
