Mal, Evie, Jay, and Carlos return to Auradon with Ben in a timeline rebooted by Rapunzel's daughter Aria. Ben decides to make his first proclamation as future king: to give the children of villains a chance, changing the original destiny. The boys begin to relive the events from the beginning, but this time with memories of everything that has already happened in the other timeline. Ben breaks up with Audrey early, which changes several interactions in the castle.
