In this world, animals evolved when the human race died, acquiring their abilities, but predators or hostile animals could not coexist well with docile animals. So, there are simply centers where they train them with some kind of electric collar and other things, or there are special places for them. It is forbidden and illegal for a predator to eat the meat of another animal or vice versa. The centers are called 'Behavioral Adjustment Centers' for predator animals that cannot recover in a good way.
