Nezuko, although transformed, demonstrates signs of human emotions and thoughts, which leads Tanjiro to believe that it can be healed. Determined to protect his sister and avenge his family, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps, a secret organization dedicated to exterminating demons.
