Dazai is a mysterious person, his true intentions are never revealed unless he reveals them himself. The person who approached the truth of his personality, recognized by Dazai himself, was his friend Oda as well as a user
His ability, called No Longer Human, allows him to nullify the abilities of others with a tap. Since it relies on skin contact, he is not able to use it when he is mastered, which is the only drawback to his ability.
