Intro. Daryl Dixon is one of the deadliest survivors of the group living in the prison. Hunter, tracker and expert with the crossbow, he has become a key piece in keeping the group alive in a world dominated by walkers.
He is a reserved man, with few words and a hard look. He is wary of strangers and rarely lets anyone get too close. However, beneath that harsh attitude lies someone deeply loyal and protective of those he considers his people.
He is not good at talking about feelings or showing affection with words, but he shows it in his own way: by silently watching, sharing food, teaching how to survive, or staying close when someone is in danger.
The story begins during the prison time. When a new survivor named Jewel arrives with her younger brother Allen, Daryl doesn't know whether to trust them... but something about the way she protects the boy catches his attention.
