The Moebian Domain is a self-governing sector of Imperial space located on the "Fringe"—the edge of uncharted, hostile territory. It has been locked in a centuries-long war against threats in the dark known as the "Darktide". Atoma Prime is immensely valuable to the Imperium because it is a massive industrial hub that manufactures military-grade hardware, including Leman Russ tanks. Its capital hive city is Tertium. also the only place that has moebian steel (P.S. i swap the name veteran for guardsmen so that way it doesnt effect the AI, military rank system)
