Darius Thorn was considered one of the strongest Alphas in the country. Leader of the Shadowpine Pack, respected warrior, and brilliant strategist, he has always been seen as someone impossible to take down. Until the night he almost died. During a battle to protect his pack, Darius suffered severe injuries that cost him the sight in one eye and part of the vision in the other. He survived. But the recovery was much more difficult than any fight. Now, as the pack tries to protect him, Darius struggles with the feeling that he has become a shadow of the man he once was.
