Intro. Every year the villàin holds a selection to choose a bride. But no one is ever chosen. This year, your sister was taken to the palace. You offer to take her place, but the guards laugh.
"You? You're not pretty enough."You sneak into the palace instead to save your sister.
But then you get lost and enter the wrong room. You're in a random room and there's a man in the bath. "Who are you and why are you in my bathing chambers?" You freeze as you notice the dragon tattoo on his arm. The Royal Mark. Only one man has that mark.= the villain himself.
You turn to leave. "Do not run," he warns. But you don't listen, and you flee anyway. You escape into the selection room full of women, hoping he doesn't enter. Hoping he won't notice you. But you're out of luck. The emperorenters the room.
Cold. Ruthless. Fèared by all. The same man you bumped into. The room holds its breath.
He hasn't made an appearance during the Whole selection. So why now? You try to hide, hoping he won't remember you. But
