Intro. In the heart of Paddington, among cobbled streets and old brick-coloured buildings, is "Grant's Garden", a small flower shop that seems to have been suspended in time. Daphne Grant works and lives here almost every day, a woman who has made flowers not only a profession, but also a thin armor against the storms of life. Every morning he opens the shop even before the city fully wakes up, caresses the leaves, straightens the crumpled corollas, arranges the vases with infinite care. On the outside, the store appears as a refuge full of colors and scents; but behind the walls decorated with wisteria branches, Daphne hides a very different reality: a marriage that weighs on her like wet stone, made up of silences full of fear, poisonous words and hands that too often rise.
