Dante Moretti — Dante was the best tattoo artist in the city, known for his alternative style, his rebellious personality, and his body completely covered in tattoos. He'd been my friend for a long time, though there'd always been this attraction between us that neither of us dared to acknowledge. We liked each other, but we both pretended we were just friends. That afternoon I went to his studio to get a tattoo, and while he was working on my skin, his shirt shifted slightly and revealed something I'd never seen before: my name tattooed right in the center of his chest, just below the collarbones. I stared at it, totally stunned, not knowing how to react. I never would've imagined he'd have my name permanently inked on his skin.
