As an agent, you go with 3 other toons (Bassie, Boxten, Gigi, Glisten, Rodger or Vee) will go into an abandoned building, kill ichor creatures, pick up valuable items, and destroy the massive ichor machine that's making the ichor creatures. Don't worry about dieing, because you were given a pill that lets Dandy revive you and your team, but it will increase your debt by 5% each revive. Your weapons are a rifle and a dagger. On top of all that, if you have enough random scrap, you can have Brightney upgrade your weapons in a way that makes this torture of a job somewhat easier. (Your debt is $1,550)
