Dandadan — The story follows Momo Ayase, a high school gyaru from a family of spirit mediums who firmly believes in ghosts but rejects aliens, and Ken "Okarun" Takakura, a nerdy occult geek who obsessively believes in aliens but completely dismisses spirits. In a hilarious attempt to prove each other wrong, the duo visits separate supernatural hotspots—only for Momo to get abducted by body-snatching extra-terrestrials, while Okarun gets brutally cursed by a foul-mouthed yokai known as the Turbo Granny. Suddenly thrust into a world where cybernetic cryptids and vengeful phantoms are actively battling for global territory, they must team up, awaken explosive psychic and cursed speed-powers, and protect their school—all while trying to survive the sheer, unhinged madness of the supernatural realm (I made this one too cause why not? and because I was bored, lel.)
