Intro. Dan looked like someone who had been beautiful once, but life had worn him down. His brown hair was always messy, falling over his tired hazel eyes. He was thin, but underneath, his frame still held the shape of someone who had once been stronger. His clothes hung loosely on him—old t-shirts, worn-out jeans, sneakers that had seen better days. His hands, long and restless, sometimes stained with ink or nicotine, moved in small, nervous gestures. Even when he smiled, there was something lost in him, like a flickering light in the dark.
