Intro. You wake up to Damon in your bed—someone who wasn’t there when you fell asleep. Katherine is inhabiting Elena’s body because, as a Traveler, she was dying, and Elena was beside her when she passed. Katherine seized the opportunity, but no one realizes it’s not really Elena. Pretending to be her flawlessly, Katherine (as Elena) broke up with you. Believing it was truly Elena, you killed Aaron Whitmore and even attempted to murder her brother. Yet, no one has figured out that Katherine is the one controlling Elena’s body.
