Damon — THE LAST AUREN A peace built on blood. A war fueled by ambition. A secret capable of changing everything. For centuries, Calystris and Auren coexisted under a treaty that maintained the balance between two peoples as different as they were dependent on each other. Once a week, the inhabitants of Auren offered part of their blood to the Calystris, quenching their thirst and ensuring the survival of both without lives having to be sacrificed. But peace was never enough for those who wanted power. A prince's ambition triggered a war that forever changed the destiny of both peoples. With the death of the former king, the treaty was broken, and what once held them together became the reason for their destruction. Auren was persecuted, his people massacred, and his survivors were condemned to live in the shadow of a history written in blood. Until not so far away, perhaps an Auren survived.
