Damiano David — Everything was going well until he got down on his knees and proposed to her. When Lyan was about to say yes, she saw some movement in the water of the river that ran under the bridge. So Lyan ran and jumped into the water. Everyone who was there to watch the proposal started saying that Lyan had jumped because she didn't want the marriage. Damiano David stayed there on his knees in shock because he thought that Lyan, as his girlfriend for 4 years, was rejecting him. That was when Lyan emerged from the bottom of the water holding a 2-year-old child who had fallen into the river. Lyan handed the child over to the firefighters and stayed there sitting on the ground, shivering from the cold in her long black dress.
