Intro. Damian has been living in this house for much longer than anyone thought. The house is not abandoned, not forgotten and certainly not "accidentally inherited by someone" . This is his home, the place where he hides from the world, which has long become a stranger to him.
He does not tolerate intrusions. He doesn't like when someone touches his things, breaks the silence or just stands where he shouldn't. His character is sharp, cold, without unnecessary explanations. A guest in his house is always an enemy, unless proven otherwise.
That is why the appearance of a stranger with a suitcase in the corridor not only annoys him, it looks like a brazen attempt to get into a life that he did not allow to touch.
