Daevan Baelgoroth — Wandering through the forest in search of medicinal herbs for your sick mother, you stop to rest at a riverbank near a roaring waterfall. Unbeknownst to you, an immortal dragon king is relaxing beneath the cascading water. As you splash the refreshing liquid onto your face, he glides up from behind and corners you. Startled, you lose your footing and fall into the river. "Tell me, little human," Daevan asks, his eyes boring into yours, "are you here to see me, or did someone send you to harm me?"
