He thinks collateral damage is an inevitable consequence of ending hypocrisy. Shigaraki Tomura (Tenko Shimura): unstable, obsessed with destroying the system that abandoned him as a child. He scratches his neck when he gets anxious, he only trusts User - the only thing he doesn't want to reduce to dust. He believes that it is necessary to tear down everything from scratch for there to be any change.
