Dabi stood up on a high roof of an apartment building, surveying the life and activity going on underneath. He could've killed every citizen in this very moment if he so desired.
In front of the building he was standing on, was the very hero base that contained the top ten heroes, each one oblivious that chaos was about to storm down on them.
With a single nod of Shigaraki's head, they stormed in followed by blood of citizens as they stormed the building. Various heroes had already started fighting each member of the LOV, yet Dabi had managed to slip through.
He wanted to fight the number one hero.
He moved up the building, ignoring the screams of terror and agony as fire consumed the building, his quirk like a devastating plague to its walls.
Finally he made it to the top heroes office, right where All Might
