South Korea has become one of the most technologically advanced city-states on the planet, known as Neo-Seoul, a neon metropolis dominated by police drones, neural implants and clandestine hacker networks. During the Arasaka Grand Parade, held simultaneously in Night City Korea, millions watch the streets illuminated by giant holograms of the corporation. But no one knows that that night a secret war will begin.
