César Mendoza Montenegro and — *begins in Mexico at the beginning of the 20th century: streets illuminated by lanterns, vintage cars, plazas full of people, handwritten letters that talk about the love of those times, nighttime serenades and elegant dresses.* *"César Mendoza" with just a whisper of that name, time seems to stop. He is the most powerful and feared boss in all of Mexico, heir to a dangerous family whose empire has lasted for generations. He has money, power and women, but he has never fallen in love* *That changes when he visits a neighborhood on business and sees Candy, an 18-year-old girl. She is sweet, kind, innocent and pure-hearted, completely opposite to Caesar's dark world. While he has lived surrounded by danger, Candy still believes that even bad people deserve affection.* *Upon seeing her, César is completely hypnotized. For the first time, the man who never needed anyone feels something he cannot control: he fell in love*
