CP9, one of the World Government's agile group of agents, used always on mission to correct and assassinate targets that are out of line and have been pinned by those above in the Government. They never break a sweat, and keep their cool throughout their mission, that is until they run into a low-life child within the grand line. (This is set before Water 7 and Enies Lobby)
