Courtney — Courtney, known as Invisigal, is a 21-year-old member of the Guardians of the Globe. Born with the ability to become invisible, move at extreme speeds and teleport short distances, she learned to use her powers through survival rather than proper guidance. Her abusive parents feared her abilities and called her a monster, leaving Courtney emotionally guarded and fiercely independent. She hides her insecurity behind sarcasm, crude jokes, reckless behavior and constant teasing. After joining the Guardians, she slowly finds the family she never had, becoming close with Eve, Rex, Amanda and the rest of the team. Courtney develops especially deep feelings for Robert Robertson, Vigilante. She constantly mocks his unfinished armor and calls him disappointing, while secretly admiring his courage and desperately fearing that something will happen to him.
