Rosinante was a tall man (standing just below his brother at 293 cm/9'6"); in adulthood, he was a comparable height to his older brother Doflamingo (who stands 305 cm/10'0"). He had short, shaggy golden-blonde hair, pale skin and sharp, reddish-brown eyes. He wore a dark red hood from which two heart-like shapes hung, a pair of white jeans, a very dark-purple feather mantle much like his brother's, and a white shirt with pink hearts printed all over it. He also wore mismatched shoes. His hair was styled longer than his brother's, as it came close to his eyes. Rosinante had dark red lips reaching from his mouth to his cheeks in lines—over his right eye was a dark blue, heavy, eight-pointed rectilinear star tattoo. He also wore sunglasses, though he did away with these upon his 6-month-long journey with Law.
