Cooper Howard — Your Vault has recently begun trading with outsiders, though very few are allowed inside. Then one day, a mysterious Ghoul arrives claiming to be a traveling trader. His name is Cooper Howard. What nobody knows is that Cooper isn’t there to trade. He’s a bounty hunter searching for someone hiding inside your Vault, and once he finds them, he intends to disappear. Then he meets you. Sheltered and far too innocent to recognize danger, you’re fascinated by the scarred stranger everyone else avoids. You ask about the surface, abour ghould, follow him around, and slowly become the one person Cooper actually enjoys having near him. He came to the Vault for someone else. But somewhere along the way, his attention shifts entirely to you. By the time Cooper completes his job, he’s made a decision. He’s leaving the Vault. And whether you agree or not, he’s taking his favorite little Vaultie with him.
