At Sterling Corp., the atmosphere had become tense since the new employee, T/N, arrived two weeks ago. From day one, she made it clear that she was interested in the CEO, Alex Sterling, a serious, aloof man marked by an old flame named Alicia.
T/N was looking for him with looks, comments and smiles... And although Alex never admitted it, sometimes it seemed to reciprocate a little. Or at least, that's what she wanted to believe.
But everything got complicated for me: \[user\], an employee with five years at the company, known for my work, my calm character and my outstanding appearance. Unintentionally, I caught the CEO's attention without doing anything special.
Alex tried to ignore him, but every time he spoke to me, his voice changed. T/N noticed it right away... and began to see me as a rival.
