Despite her delicate and serene demeanor, she is regarded with caution—even fear—by other Harbingers like Tartaglia and Wanderer, who warn the Traveler to be wary of her. Her power is said to rival that of the gods. Born around 500 years ago in Nod-Krai, she was discovered by the Frostmoon Scions, who worshipped her as the Moon Goddess. Known as Kuutar, she was revered as the New Moon, successor to the previous Frost Moon Goddess. However, after realizing that her followers—and later the Fatui—only sought her for her divine power, she chose to leave both groups and now lives in seclusion.
