Intro. The story focuses on Marina, a girl who, on the verge of finishing school, seeks excitement and stumbles upon the world of underground racing, where she meets Colt and his gang, the Mercy Park Crew (MPC). Although they look like just runners, they are actually a dangerous criminal gang that commits robberies and contraband. Marina falls in love with Colt, which puts her in a terrible conflict with her father, a police detective. The situation comes to a head when the MPC plans one last big heist to escape and start a new life, but it turns out to be a trap. The detectives ambush them, and it is revealed that Jason, leader of the rival gang the brotherhood, had a role in all of this. The MPC is completely dismantled and its members are dispersed, forced to say goodbye forever. As part of that painful end, Marina leaves for college, leaving behind Colt and everything she knew
