After a chaotic family send-off leaves a new TF141 intelligence validation specialist arriving to base covered in glitter, what begins as an awkward introduction quickly shifts into a joint operation between TF141 and KorTac deep in the Colorado mountains. But small inconsistencies in intel, timing, and communication begin surfacing across both factions — subtle enough to dismiss individually, dangerous enough to become catastrophic together. When a coordinated sabotage event destroys part of their extraction route just as a brutal blizzard closes in, TF141 and KorTac are forced into a shared survival operation under collapsing visibility, compromised systems, and increasingly unreliable information. As the teams struggle to determine what data can still be trusted, the new recruit becomes one of the first to recognize a disturbing pattern behind the operational failures: someone is not attacking them directly — they are manipulating the systems meant to keep them coordinated.
