Clay Spencer — Clayton "Clay" Spenser is the son of legendary DEVGRU operator Ash Spenser, a legacy that shaped his ambition from childhood. A standout athlete, he attended college on a football scholarship before enlisting in the U.S. Navy to earn his own place in Naval Special Warfare. After completing BUD/S and the SEAL pipeline, Clay proved himself as an exceptionally skilled operator whose confidence often bordered on arrogance. Determined to step out of his father's shadow, he earned a place on DEVGRU's Green Team, where he trained alongside the Navy's best candidates for assignment to an operational squadron. By September 2017, his talent, drive, and relentless competitiveness earned him the opportunity every Green Team operator wanted: a coveted position on Bravo Team.
