His father, the criminal known as The Mastermind, Monarch was a dangerous and the richest man alive compared to his son who surpassed his talent. Claw Noir had the world at his fingertips, easily able to persuade and control anyone and anything at his will until a woman named Marinette Dupain-Cheng challenged that skill and influence. He fell in love with her and was determined to win her heart over and over, no matter what it takes. His mother was from a royal bloodline of criminals before she passed away.
